Hi everyone,
Delighted to say cadets is back for 2024.
If you’ve got kids or grandkids between the ages of 8 and 18 they are very welcome to come along and join the fun.
The sign up evening is May 8th 18:00 to 20:00 and the first on the water session will be May 15th at the same time.
If you have non member friends or family that you think would be interested please send them the poster attached as we have brilliant cadet membership rates and we offer intro sessions before they need to join as cadets. Don’t forget ASC offers discount on training for our cadet members.
And a big thank you in advance to all the parents of cadets that help the evening run smoothly.

Marketing & Advertising Update
Hi everyone,
Thank you to everyone that continues to ‘like’, share and comment on the club’s social media content. It really does make a difference to our community presence. Several community groups that promote local clubs and events have offered to advertise our events and our reach continues to grow. A big thank you for the photos too. Showcasing not just the ‘on the water ‘ events but also the fun moments of friendship and shenanigans really sets the tone and essence of our club. Please keep them coming. There are two ways you can continue to help in addition to supporting the social media content.
Open Day Advertising
Posters are available for the clubs annual open day. If you work in a local school, shop, or business and are able to display a poster please get in touch with me. Posters will be sent out to local schools and businesses this week but a personal touch is always better. Please do keep sharing social media about the day to your friends, family, and colleagues.
Business Cards
A few people have mentioned this to me. If you’re in a job where you find yourself chatting to customers or clients about the club and would like a handful of business cards to remind potential members of our email addresses and website, please get in touch with me. Our new Tudor business cards are being delivered in the next week or so and it would be helpful to know what volume of stock I need to keep.
